This beautiful 77-unit affordable housing complex will serve individuals, couples, and families with modest incomes with 1-3 bedroom units with accessible units on each floor. Located at 2510 Arlington Drive, Colorado Springs, CO, 80910, in Southeast Colorado Springs near Monterey Rd. and Circle Dr., the property will feature common areas for activities, a fitness center, on-site management, a computer center, and full access to all of Greccio's Resident Resources and supportive services.

A prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report. As defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes and if the prospective tenant provided the landlord with a portable tenant screening report. The landlord is prohibited from charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to address or use the portable tenant screening report.
