COVID-19: Greccio's Response to Stopping the Spread
There’s a lot of information out there about COVID-19 and it can feel overwhelming. Here at Greccio, we are committed to supporting the health of our residents and staff while honoring the goal of doing our part to slow the spread of the virus in our community. Circumstances continue to change quickly so maintaining current, accurate information is vital. We will update this page as circumstances dictate.

Currently, Greccio operations remain altered and office visits are by appointment only with some restrictions. Residents must confirm that they have no symptoms of Covid-19. Anyone showing symptoms will be rescheduled.

How can I make a rent payment?
- Place your payment into the outside drop box. (Located in the first isle in the parking lot, directly in front of the office)
- Make an online payment at www.greccio.org
- Make a payment over the phone by calling 719-475-1422.
- Mail* your rent payment to 1015 E. Pikes Peak Ave., Suite 110, Colorado Springs, CO 80903
*Note: Rent must be received no later than the 5th to avoid a late fee; a postmark date will not be accepted as the date of payment.
