COVID-19: Greccio's Response to Stopping the Spread

There’s a lot of information out there about COVID-19 and it can feel overwhelming. Here at Greccio, we are committed to supporting the health of our residents and staff while honoring the goal of doing our part to slow the spread of the virus in our community. Circumstances continue to change quickly so maintaining current, accurate information is vital. We will update this page as circumstances dictate.

Currently,  Greccio operations remain altered and office visits are by appointment only with some restrictions. Residents must confirm that they have no symptoms of Covid-19. Anyone showing symptoms will be rescheduled. 

How can Greccio Help?
What if I need to sign a lease or have other leasing issues?
Leasing staff will still be available by phone and email. New leases and move-ins will still occur. Contact your agent for the latest renewal procedures. For leasing questions or concerns call 719-475-1422 or email
What if I have a maintenance request or emergency?
Maintenance will be limited to emergency calls only and can be reached at 719-475-1422 ext.124. Please continue to make regular maintenance requests, so we can schedule work to be completed when possible.
Can I still get food from the No Cost Grocery Program (Pantry)?
Yes, our No-Cost Grocery Program will still be operated every Wednesday with modified procedures from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at our Plaza on Platte location. 
What if I need help?
Resident Resource staff will also be available by phone and email. If your job has been impacted, and you’re concerned about paying rent, resources in the community and through Greccio may be available. Every resident can expect to receive increased contact from Greccio during this time – we want to help however we can!

Additionally, our community focused Eviction Prevention Program continues to operate to help those in crisis.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. For now, please physically put rental payments in the drop box, mail in a payment, call in with a payment over the phone, or make your payment online.
How can I make a rent payment?
  • Place your payment into the outside drop box. (Located in the first isle in the parking lot, directly in front of the office)
  • Make an online payment at

  • Mail* your rent payment to 1015 E. Pikes Peak Ave., Suite 110, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

*Note: Rent must be received no later than the 5th to avoid a late fee; a postmark date will not be accepted as the date of payment.
