A Note from Maintenance
An emergency is defined as loss of water, heat or electricity, flooding, fire, gas leaks, or lock problems. Please call 719-475-1422, ext. 124 with all other maintenance requests.
Door codes are set for your convenience, please do not share them with guests.
The installation of a satellite dish requires written approval from Greccio Housing. Please contact your Leasing Agent for more information.
Here at Greccio we strive to keep our properties nice for all of our residents, please notify us immediately with any concerns.
A Note from Leasing
Guests are welcome to stay with you for a maximum period of 14 days every 6 months. If your guest has a car that will be parked on property, please get a guest parking pass from the Leasing Department.
Greccio Housing has select pet friendly properties. Be sure to obtain prior written approval from your leasing agent as well as information regarding the pet policy.
If you are aware of concerning or illegal activity immediately call 911 then notify Greccio Housing. Let’s all work together to keep our communities safe.
